- Under this scheme, the government provides financial assistance to minority Muslim abandoned/divorced women. Earlier, they were provided Rs 10,000 under this scheme. But now this amount has been increased to Rs 25,000.

Eligibility for the scheme
- Those women who are divorced will get the benefit of this scheme.
- Women who have been abandoned by their husbands for more than 2 years.
- Women whose husbands are completely disabled can also apply for this scheme.
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 years to 50 years.
- The annual income of the applicant should be less than ₹4,00,000.
- Widows and widowed women will not be eligible for this scheme.
